Should your order not be suitable SlapShades will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher provided that;
- The goods are returned within 28 days and accompanied by a receipt of purchase
- The goods need to be in original condition as purchased
The above does not apply to
- sale goods, which are not returnable
- goods which are undelivered due to unpaid Import Duties and Taxes
- change of mind or circumstances
- Shipping charges
Exchanges are at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 28 days. Refunds cannot be made to another source of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
